Help?

hi, i am having problems getting a tdr 125 to run properly with a 26mm oval bore mikuni carb. when i slowly accelerate it just stalls and if i go full throttle it wont bog. it will just rev straight up so it is either on or off. i am not sure what the problem is. any suggestions what would be wrong??? thanks

What jets you running? wheres the needle set?

needleis set in the middle and i dont know what jets its running but it came off of another 125
