High performance fuel

hey im looking to buy 98octane fuel. i have a ngk spark plug, will the bike perform better or will it stuff up the engine? my mate used it on his 2 stroke scooter and it didnt burn well. but im guessing 4 strokes are different i have a 125cc 4 stroke mini dirt bike,

ps by the way im going riding 2day ill take a few pix and videos 2 show u all. anyone know how i upload videos? :?

Running 98 octane fuel should work well, you mentioned you have a NGK spark plug so that will help. I doubt it would have any negative effects on your engine, but it should give you a nice little gain in power over normal unleaded petrol.

it should go fine in a 4 stroke. but when i used it in my 2 stroke scooter it played up really badly it spluttered, stalled and wouldnt start. but maybe the fuel is too "high performance" for a scooter.

i reckon u should give it a go. 8)

yeah i know but have a few annoying problems like pull starter and fuel tank but other than that its fine. but now ive sort of abandoned it coz i have my new dirt bike.
