How do you fix a stand on a Atomik 125cc??

Hey could anyone help me here. I'm not too good with these things and I'm not sure how to fix this stand( picture attached) we tried to bend the stand back which bent forwards. I'm not sure whether the spring bent aswell.

I've tried connecting the spring but that just comes off and the stand doesn't spring up and down and stay there. How do I get it back in working order?

Please help me!!!

yeah i would but it's not actually my bike. I have a Honda which is much better quality than this atomik. I I have to return it in good condition.

or you could put it in a vise and add a little heat to it and bend it back to where it should be..
