I'm going to say all it need is a good degrease. Dirt + seals = bad

You might just have grit in there that is stoping it from sealing properly.

it wont be the selector shaft seal
that bolt that it is driping from has a brass seal under it
bolt could just need nipping up


and man you need to learn to clean ya bike more
if not never post pics of it as thats a disgrace

pretty sure Snitchy is going tho..

and im gona say the same a djbrooksy about your oil leak..
pretty sure tht bolt goes tright thru to the timing chain tensioner, so it will have oil pressure in there...
you can actually see that around the bolt and washer is clean from the leak..
just tighten it up a little mate and keep an eye on it...
