Kick starter issue.

Okay so i have a late 2000's lifan 125cc that resealed the case due to an oil leak since then regardless whether i have the engine in gear or neutral the kick starter self engages when i roll the bike.
I can't seem to find the cause of this and it's the only thing stopping it from running.

What do you mean by the kick starter self engage's ?
Did you split the case's when you resealed it?
