KLX110 style swing arm Question

Hey guys, i need help picking a swing arm for my bike. If you look at my build thread (http://www.miniriders.com/china-builds/36992-atomik-125cc-bigfoot.html) i have converted a bigfoot bike to a 14/12". With that done the swing arm is too long and i am looking for a shorter one. And also, what size shock do you reckon i need?

i wonder if you could just fit a standard Nitrous, or Fuse rear swinger to it?
i'm guessing it would still use the same length rear shock too?
