knock knock!!!

my new lifan 125 has got a slight quite knock in the clutch and I know it's the clutch cause it stops when I engage it but bike kicks going into gear, and are these motors supposed to move freely in gear with the clutch in? :hmmm:

shouldnt be knocking, is the clutch adjusted properly?

Just not sure if the hydraulic clutch is pulling enough and if I adjust it anymore kick start is slop, I don't like the idea of not being able to have it in gear to start
