Got a crack in my exhaust pipe and wondering if I can Kwik steel it up? It's between the muffler ad the pipe so that end would be a bit cooler than right off the head?

Weld it up mate, just dont keep the welder on it long, bit by bit and grind away then bit by bit again till its filled.

I use the Selley's version and it is exceptional. File, tap, drill it ...

save the dosh and rip the muffler off altogether! brAAAAAAP!

um. a quick cheap fix, that will look dodgy. yeah, she'd hold up for a ride or two. reinforce with a bit of something stringy and inflammable(like fibreglass) and maybe a couple more rides.

welder would be a nice option.

cut pipe shorter, move muffler down.

etc etc etc.

epoxy is dodgy and will only break again. dodgy is good but.

im gunna go be dodgy now...

Haha yeah it looks pretty dodge but ya can't even see it when the guard is on.

Yeah I wanna weld it but it's the dodgiest looking peace of metal I've ever seen I'll blow 20 holes in it lol
