lifan 150 conrods

hey, just wondering does anyone know if i can get a stonger conrod for the lifan 150's?

i ask because i want to go bigbore and mayby a longer stroke (because to install new conrods means i have to press out the old pin anyways)

Im not sure dude, but i have very rarely ever heard of a crank rod failing thru fracture or bending without some other sort of catastrophic failure, id say use it and do what you want to do, i reckon it will be fine.

i think i may have to... if it does snap i hope it goes for the head... because i can get a tb one for $220
i just hear about alot of rod stretch on these engines...

L150 rod is more than strong enough. 15mm pin limits piston choice and adds weight. I've added 3mm offset pin with 26/25/26 journals and swapped to lighter rod, bore stock jug for TB 57/13mm. 171cc.
Or just use stock stroke, L120 rod, TB 57/14 slug.
Nice with 28.5/24 SS valves and a Tak S20D cam.
