Lifan 150?

Just recently bought a Pit pro 150 without the engine.

I got in contact with the bloke again today and he still has it.

He wants $150 with a stuffed gearbox. So once I buy a gearbox and gaskets it should work out around $250.

I can do the motor myself as Ive done it all before.

Are they a good motor? and do you think this is the going rate for it?

A legit Lifan 150, with the digital ignition, trick clutch cover, etc, is a swell engine. Casting and machining quality is probably the best in their class. You aren't stealing it, but it'll have a fresh trans and be assembled as well as you do it.

Ok then sounds pretty good. Because I picked the bike up complete but mising motor. It came with motard tyres and It is in really good condtion for $195.
