Hi!!
My bike is a Kinlon 200SM.Loncin 200cc oil cooled OHV vertical motor
It has 1600km on the clock so i thought it was well overdue for its 1000km service.
Valves were getting noisy,so i adjusted.. intake .006 exhaust .008 after doing a little research thats what i could find.
it is now noisier..

Anybody know the correct clearances?or did i stuff up.
thanks
Paul

.002 and .003 on a hot engine or .003 and .004 on a cold engine..

i think the settings you got there you mixed up as i have seen some sites say .06mm and .08mm which is my hot setting

i rang the distributor and they told me inlet .002 and exhaust .003..l...now i have to wait till 2morro when its cold again as another forum told me .006 in and out..very clicky!!quik shutdown
