hi all i was wondering if its possable to make a intake manifold at all
i need to get or make a manifold for my ttr50 as im having trouble trying to find a new manifold for my big bore kit

Anything is possible, and this sounds like a sinch.

Visit your local moto shop and seek the mainfold you need, most times you can use another manifold off a similar set up or bike. If that fails look on ebay.....if that fails......then go to your local metal fabrication shop and ask them to make it.

ive been to the bike shop at liverpool and there going to look into getting a manifold for me

i will post up some pics of the bike when i have it all back togeather ive still got to install the rear hand brake set up

Even Powroll hand makes their own intake manifolds for the TTR"50" ....

Powersports store on ebay US sells 84 cc BBK's with an intake manifold so they might be able to sell you an intake separately or know who sells them in OZ ?
