Don't the Marzocchi's have a 51mm bolt spacing on the mount (centre to centre) for the caliper bracket ?
They run a 190mm disc from memory, but i'm not sure
Classsic Honda 50's sell this caliper, give Jaimie a ring i'm sure he can sort you out
Classic Honda 5's Australia

Then you'll just need to find a front master that uses the same diameter banjo fitting as the caliper, and a brake line

Crf50 marzochis run a 160mm rotor and formula brakes
Parading sell an adapter and a 200mm rotor if you want to run a bigger rotor
They also sell the master cylinders

... bit scary without a front break on my crf50 with gpx125 swap

my tdr pro 125 has rear brakes but no brake lever / pedal, and the front brakes need a top up and bleeding, pull the lever on hard and it slows you down .. eventually, that said I still ride it as fast as it can currently go 60kmh at a guess.

And the rear shocky bounces like a pogo stick too

Fear, whats that? :)
