have had a couple of hours on the new 184 kit and basicly brand new engine and pwk carby.
goes awesome power everywhere even tho its ported.
just got to break the habits from my original setup (ported v2 with pro circuit pipe) having no bottom end and doing 1st gear starts and changing gear alot more then needed with the 184. now that the no bottom end issue is gone its awesome!
first ride today with a 13t sprocket on the front, so fast around reefys track, have alot more confidence in the bike now just need new forks and rear shock revalved and all setup.
also got a 3rd on fridays race which im pretty happy about since its my 2nd race on that track and 2nd mx/sx track race of the year.

also some new lens for my cracked goggles and new pair of fox main pro for racing tomorrow

Raced it on Saturday and rode at Broadmeadows on Sunday, handle bars made an massive improvement. Bike handles amazing, hit every jump with confidence. I've got a thread of my 80ft jump up aswell

Yeah it's amazing how much difference a simple set of handle bars can make.

Loving the goggles too.

Bike is looking sweet man! and yeah as mm said handlebars make a huge diff, weird jumping on a bike now with tall bars

feels like i can throw it around heaps more, hit whoops and the triple step up with no issues like before. happy with it now, best upgrade

update: have to do another 2nd rebuild on the motor.. splitting case and reweld of exhaust bracket and repair afew other parts.. :boxe:

internal case dog chipped off. sooooooooo over it!
got a race this sunday aswell..

I think you just need to go for an anima 4v and leave it stock, your not having a good run with the ol zonger ey. Reckon you'll get her fixed for the weekend?

nah not going daytona, just crappy time for me i guess at the moment.. not been lucky lately..
proberly not..sucks because i felt good last ride aswell and after getting 3rd last round was really looking forward to it..

had it rebuilt afew weeks ago, got valves repaired to ran heaps better till last night at bacchus marsh.. decomp blew the seal and was badly damaged so didn't run well and eventually stopped all together..
my tow bike rack broke on me last week so had to put it in the back of the car so this is how it was

then to get to the electrics

decomp button once pull off

some new parts for yarram

new decomp

and all finished

hopefully all good now

hope it will run for yarram, got the motovert running to so taking that aswell.
think i may take them both somewhere to test it during the week, hopefully still will be all good for racing, replaced coil replaced decomp, emptied the fuel tank, going to put a new filter on and dump the oil and put fresh oil in and clean carby.
