My Motard build

My Motard build... inspired by Minifighter, Tyd and mattbombers, Cheers guys.

Well im in perth and havent seen many china bikes made to Motards
so i though i would give it a go !
The bike is a XTM 200cc china bike, had dirtbike tyres on as you can see in the first
pic..
I have only just started but all depends on money as how far i can go..
New rims, black, 14" front 80/80/14. 12" rear 100/90/12
As for the 14" front i had heaps of trouble finding a 12" front to suit and didnt wanna
spend alot on a relace.. so just found tyres to suit.. that was a mission.., but in the end
i found some.
Im not gonna race or do anything like that just gonna ride at the tracks for fun so the 14"
front will be ok, handling is fine too..
Anyway for future plans.. new sticker kit and some touch ups here and there..

Only suggestion I can think of is perhaps some bark busters to protect your gear on the bars. Hope Sunday goes well!

looks cool and all

but i wouldnt keep it strapped into ya ute for 2 days... i have heard of bad things to what it does to your front forks and thats why you can buy these metal things that sit under your mudguard and rests in yout front wheel to stop your forks from compressing

minifighter... yeh i could have got a front laced up to suit but it was more
expensive.. maybe later on if i get serious and i can see it doesnt handle well


I know what you mean crf50.. looks wacky and unsafe.. but im sure it will
be ok, as im not racing, just riding, i know there not much of a difference and
you always push and go hard.. but yeh i'll take it easy and stuff.. i'll find its limit and take care..

kits for this bike.. the one's in shops and ebay are all different shaped plastic.
cant find and to suit my plastics..

Couldnt just buy a new one rather than paying someone to lace one? Only $59

and for some reason, the hub bolt pattern and discs and sprocket just wouldn't line up to suit my
bike. I measured mine, they measured theres and just didnt work.
Not sure if i measured wrong or what.. but just wouldn't work, i even used verniers.

no worries.. i'll get some close up pics...

Well i went out today.. the big day for the first ride..
It didn't go well... I got the bike off the ute.. started it.. took of for the
first lap..... the throttle cable snapped...
That was it... pack it back up in the ute.. went home...
i was divistated.. Ahhh well , shit happens right !
