hi guyz.

my sister and i are looking at buying a new dirt bike.
we have been riding a pocket dirt bike for a bit and now want to upgrade.
we are only 13, we are light for our age (im 42 kgs and shes 30 somethin), it will not be thrashed and will only be ridden every few weeks.

ive ridden bikes before with clutches and so on but my sister has only ridden the 50cc that we have now so we are looking at something semi auto.

what bike would you guys recommend?

under the $800 mark.

thanks.
adam

my dad doesnt know to much about motorbikes apart from how to ride them (lol)
they seem to go pretty cheap on ebay thoguh which is a good insentiv.
thanks for the help and keep it comin.

um not to shure of Melbourne as I'm a Lil north of there

keep looking back as I'm sure some 1 in Melbourne is able to tell you more

id stick with that bike tho as i said there very good for the price

that seller is very reputable tho as theres been a few ppl on this site that have brought of them and been very happy

as for there back up if you get a problem they are more than helpfull so i have been told

i even ave a vid on here for what to expect if you buy your bike from ebay

awesome, thanks snitchy.
looks like that might be the way to go.
should be just the right height for my sister and i.
and being as cheap as they are i should have a bit left over for some pro tapers and some grips:)

if anyone has one of these could they please tell me what the forks are like coz they look like they dont have much travel.
and is the gear shifter really stiff? can this be changed so its a bit easier for smaller legs.

thanks for all the help.
adam.

in macleod. why?
if u dont no that suburb ill tell u a suburb that is near by and well known.

Yeah I know Macleod, not too far from me. You don't have to go to Macleod Secondary do you? Wondering if you wanted to go riding or something. I don't know a whole lot of Melbourne riders.

yeh i do go to macleod secondry college.
where abouts do you live?
where do you ride?
when i get my new bike it would be awesome if we could go for a ride :)
i dont really know any melbourne riders either.
