The exhaust won't give you more power, if anything being a big bore exhaust you could loose power depending on the engine.

I'd say get the oko first, but I'd use a 1/4 or standard throttle not a 1/8.

Shock look in to any DNM or fastace shock or search on ebay for the elka shocks, they are still going cheap around 200-250.
 
id be going the rear shock first if your running a cheap china one now...

no good having more power if the handling of the bike is up to sht..

also you may want to say what sort of riding you do and what bike you own

also the carb abd the exhaust should be bought together..
 
well just going over lots of rocks doing some jumps and stuff and maybe soon getting into the racing. No riding around in a paddock sort of crap
 
the one out of his bike is a 280 as well isnt it.. or do they run a 290
 
yep there sweeeet can adjust alot more on this one then ur old one, and the spring a good weight
