No compliance plate

Hey, I want to register a bike made 1973 that has no compliance plate what do I need to do to make it happen

i'v been reading around not sure if it correct or not but Because it was manufactured before 1975 does it need the compliance plate to be registered is that a load off crap

From what i've heard, pre 75 does not need a compliance plate.

its not classified as a off roader, there is no plate specifying that... you only have to comply with 77 standards
