no compression please help!

hey guys i recently adjusted my clutch and after that i started up the bike it ran fine.. i put it away and about an hour later i went to start it and there is no compression what soever.. when i put the bike into gear and try and push it while its off it doesnt lock.. the kick start has no resistance at all and feels like its not grabbing.. is this common? the engine is a ducar 125cc

yep, comon with engines that have the clutch mounted on the crank...

youve adjusted the clutch too far.. should be about 3mm play on the lever coming out of the front of the clutch cover..

yer you have adjusted it so that the clutch is always stuck on
