oil slinger

Hi fellas, I'm trying to find out for sure if a Lifan 125 nuetral start engine has a oil slinger and where it is exactly. I've pulled the clutch cover off and dont want to pull clutch out unless its definately behind there. I've done heaps of searching with no results and Snitchy's video on IRK and oil slinger fitting is not working. Does anyone happen to have a diagram or anything to help? I know that Nocrf50here replaced slingers on his 125's in the past but maybe they were start in any gear engines.

I'm pretty sure the 125 start in neutral engines don't have slingers. I have a Ducar start in neutral and it doesn't.

What's the tool called that undoes the nut holding the slinger on. Hammer and screwdriver just won't undo it!
