what would be the best oil to run after cleaning the valves and chnging from shpment oil?

Castrol Activ 4t will be fine. It's what most people run in their bikes. Motul is probably better but expensive...

Motul is the same price.. any oil should only be $10-$13 per ltr
and i use it all the time

DHZ sell it for $14, my local shop (kwaka shop) sells it for $12
