Oiling forks

Hey anyone point me in the right direction to a guide to oiling the forks

Anyone know how much oil i have to put in coz its leaked heaps so i cant measure it

Stock Dpro 140 Forks

trail and error mate... start with 100mls in each and work from there

i cant get the bottom bit off (where the wheels attaches iv taken a small golden allen key screw out and thats the only screw i can find. iv tried twisting banging down and it wont budge
