oko carby problem

ok so i installed my new oko 26mm flateside race carby kit and as soon as i start it i have to keep the revs up high otherwise it dies as soon as i let go of the throttle is this normal when u first start it do u just have to rev it and stuff coz iv been doing the same process for 15 mins or does my idle screw need adjusting

lol, idle screw is the first thing you'd be adjusting..

well for starters what jets are you running and what slot is the e clip on the needle ?

umm stock jets but still it should start up ill go check the needle thing

stock jets... weren't you told to get a smaller main jet...

yer im ordering that tomorrow a 96 main jet but ken at DHZ said it should be fine oh got it all sorted was the idle screw

100 main is too big. it will kill your barrel

ok so 96 then and what should the needle be at, just took it for a ride the idle is weird like it drops and goes high and sometimes when i give it some throttle it like bumps out then goes fine will check needle when it cools down
