Customs....if your source is a good one they will know how to conceal the goods...but chances are if its a pharmacy, they have no real reason to hide it...so unless you can produce a script, good luck.
International orders can be tricky...sometimes not...but most guys I know who get busted are either ordering international, selling large amounts or are selling/buying rec drugs.
