Sounds like a chinese gimmick name cast onto the covers to go along with the easy rider chopper theme ... There are quite a few no name brand chinese motors that are considered to be "PIECES" by some people ... As long as it's still running then it should be OK ... Not too much goes wrong with horizontal motors unless they are flogged , abused , mistreated and neglected ... There are millions of 'em getting around in China and Asia every day ... A motor that comes factory fitted in a chopper is obviously NOT designed to be raced or thrashed ... even stock Harleys that are flogged will stuff up in short order ...
I actually found a site where Harley Davidson factory Engineers talked about the fact that air cooled Harley engines run super hot and the rear cylinder especially is shrouded from efficient air flow ... so they should ALL be running oil coolers as stock ... But most bikers and Harley enthusiasts think that oil coolers aren't cool or that something must be wrong with the engines if they need to run 'em ... As a result , the factory didn't fit them to most of their air cooled bikes for fear of losing sales ... Goons bought 'em , flogged 'em ... blew 'em up ... then whinged that they were "unreliable" ... In most cases it's the nut connecting the seat to the handlebars that's at fault ...
