What does the brake snake do and where does it go? see link below

It goes throw the rear brake lever, stop's it from bending when you full off.

Like you can drill a hole in the lever and put it throw the hole then lock it off around your bash plate..

Goes on your brake pedal, then onto you frame or somewhere to stop the pedal going to far down or jamming

I found mine work really well on my x4r

You can just make one like the photo above just go

to bunnings get a some cable & clamps.

If not you can make one outta a old throttle cable & a nut & bolt
