After a P&P should the bike be running richer?

Yeah due to the port's having less restriction it has more vacuum, which in turn draw's more fuel through the carby
You might be able to get away with raising the clip on the needle, but most time's you'll want to fit a smaller main jet, maybe 1 or 2 size's smaller
