Ebay would be the best place if you have an account. You could get it posted fast and they are cheap :)

do you mean the cords keep breaking all the time ?
if so, replace that cheap stuff with some of this, and have enough left over to do a couple of lawnmowers too, lol
the picture is wrong, it is actually black cord, very heavy duty.
i even use it for my shoe laces in my work boots, when i weld, the bits of molten metal don't burn it as easy

Gotta be careful and not pull the chord to its max, that's where a lot of the breaking comes from. I always left hand pull and the right hand on the throttle and up against a wall incase it takes off lol, a lightened flywheel in these really bring them to life in a big way.

a longer pull cord can help stop them braking too, you can wind another 30cm of cord onto the reel with some.

i have seen a few lightened flywheels with every second fin removed,
and the backing plate scalloped/half moons cut into where the removed fins started from
it wouldn't too be had to DIY, but then again, for under $20 delivered it's not worth putting the time into.

i have ordered a Yamaha style boost bottle for my Pocket bike, it connects to the intake manifold, helps control the fuel pulses.
the boost bottle set ups are the same principle used in my IT200, and the 175, 250,465, 490's
and i'm making my own for the PW50 too, drill and tap a used Nos Sodabulb
