is it ok to pump up your forks with normal air or do you have to use nitrogen because of the fact that air heats up when compressed?|

is it ok to run with?

and what about the rear can you use normal air?

what forks? didn't you get an atomik bigfoot? they don't air afaik
rear shock takes nitrogen, fastace forks take air

should be running nitrogen in both ends, as it's an inert gas, however i dont recommend pumping air into forks... the valves on them are for bleeding air OUT, to prevent fork seals from leaking...

prox bigfoot,
valve underneath each fork leg covered by a rubber cap
is it for pumping it up?
its a standard valve you find on a tyre

lol me and sam shineray pumped up his rear shock with a foot pump, it worked haha
