Hey I notice my bike has a rev limited on it. When i put it in Neutral and rev it, I notice it will sometimes not let it keep revving up. Is this because of the CDI box i have on there? Also if i get a performance CDI box from Ebay will that take the rev limiter off so i can keep revving it?

Racing cdi don't do anything. Some carbys aren't ment for instant reving, there is no point reving your bike fully out in neutral anyway?

yeah dude im pretty sure only fuel injected engines have limiters.. i think your valve bouncing...

o really, how do i check my valves? Also i guess i wont buy the CDI box because I dont wont to blow my engine.. I did not think i would blow my engine with one if they sell them

Mini ignition do not have limiters...specially not the chink ones!
What you experience is known as "Valve float" ...get some stronger Valve springs and you can rev it it a bit further.
