Going in tomorrow for a consult, im not very positive that they will fix it properly, rather they will just leave it messed up and get me doing physio. I should
be more positive but have heard some other stories and am going from what I've heard. I really should forget all that and just go in with an open mind.
 
Cheers carlts, once im going thru the healing process and getting better ima gonna rip a filthy 4th gear skid under the house lol.
 
Yeah hang in there bud, its the shocking thruth about the health care system thou, you go in with these kinds of problems and it really depends on who you get and what mood they are in. Ive got a few stories, well everyone has a few stories which is the sad thing about it all.
Chin up mate just be firm with them and tell them to fix it first time around and remeber not to push it, make sure to get each persons name that you get sent to because they really like palming you off if you know what i mean.
Anyway good luck Mick hope to see some hill climb footage in no time.

THIS!!! get yourself a diary and document the lot, the more you document the more you can go back and say "this is exactly what i was told" and when. And good luck mate, i'm sure you'll be fine, if not we'll chip together and ship you to thailand where they can fix anything and at 1/4 of the price ;)

And at half the price the money you save might be able to grab a bride to bring back aswell.

Bahaha, cordogs is a filthy bloke, but yeah brendo dirty chicks are great lol.

Well I saw a specialist today and due to the shoulder blade being 4-5mm thick there is nothing they can do, due to the shoulderblade being surrounded by some thick muscle it will help it heal and keep the regrowth of the bone over the break and fractures and should overtime be as good as a new one, after the head surgeon explained everything with me im more confident in just letting it do its thing, I guess if I don't need hacking open then that is a good thing, so im hoping im back on a bike within 3 months.
 
Sick news mate take it easy n bit by bit and when you think your right , wait a bit more just to be sure , glad you got a positive outcome and outlook brother be good

social vist n hang out with minibike fans at ride days :) , They have to come back to eat sometime haha so get yarn in if you head bbq man!
