SA race day pics and follow up

Hey Guys

We had our first ever race day on sunday the 26th of August.

We were a support race for the ATV MX state titles at Harrogate Acusa park.

It had been raining all week and track in some spots it was sludgy as so made it a little fun

We had a practice of 3 laps in the monring, then through the day we had 3 motos at 4 laps a moto with each lap being 1.8KMS.


It is hard to start up mini bike racing here in Sa as not many clubs will allow us to ride. but now after this race day we have been asked to join up with quadriders sa as part of there club, this now means we are able to attened MSA race and ride days and finally start our own series.

We would like to thanks Kustom Minis, Dirtdolls, Burnnin hell tattoos, Laser Tat and Sims industries. We also picked up new supporters Reckless Industries and Holeshot Hero

Here are a few pics from the day. we will get more as our photographer gives them to us. He took over 600 pics so there is a lot to go through. i will put a video up as soon as i have edited it to show yas the track and the mud sections so yas can see what we had to deal with lol.

once we have details of our 2013 race series i will post it up so some of the interstaters can come over.

fees for non MSA members are good, usually is $30 race fee and $20 day licence

Sounds like so much fun was had there! Track looks like a blast! That's great news about the series next year. And the cost to race is super cheap. Well done on your efforts looks like the start of something special. I'll definately make the trip from melb to come race some rounds next year and I know a few other boys here will too. Awesome, great to hear you guys have some success and getting a new series off the ground. The offer to have events sanctioned with the quad guys is a big win. Some great pics, and would have been some great racing. Looking forward to seeing more pics and watching the series develop. Getting more and more guys on minis every day it seems. Its great.

yeah its easier to have just open class as no ones here rides stockas really. all mid size

It was always at least $100 in nsw , and if you rode a second class its over $100
