Personally, I've used both OEM high bar and a Renthal fatbar on my DHZ.

In my humble opinion, the lower Renthal gave the bike a more roomy cockpit. The bike felt longer and more comfortable while seating and handled flat track very well. The downside was, this setup sucks at the motocross track! Even going up the jump was scary.

So I bolted back the OEM high bar, and jumping became a breeze. The higher bar seem to make standing a lot more comfortable and proportionate, but most importantly, more controllable. The high bar don't feel as good as the Renthal Fatbar, but for a all-rounder setup, I think it(high bar) is better.

Yeah, exactly, high bars a great for jumps and make it easier to stand.

Actually DHZ73 thanks for writing that... It helps heaps cause i was thinking about getting some flat bars and i was wondering what major characteristic differences i would notice.

Cheers

i hate the low bars, makes it a lot harder to stand up, and i just think it feels awkward. and i found that your arms get tired quicker

Hey Mintard would you sell those low bars then?
