So i am going to buy a SSR 125cc Pitbike. And i was wondering is it legal in California to own? And ride only on tracks. And do i have to register it at the DMV?

Does the bike come with a title that the current owner can sign over to you ?
Are the track's like on private property ?
Have a look here, down at the bottom of the page it mention's this model is able to be registered
