I have been doing a little research into specifications of shocks and forks over the last week and seeing that this information is usually a little hard to come by and put together I thought it might be helpful for everyone to have it all in one place, so as people see gaps in the info post it up and hopefully we can get some great information together which makes getting any bike sitting right alot easier.
