Here's a Mc Guyver method to try ......... LOL ........
If there's nothing inside the outer bearing race for a screw driver or small chisel to catch on to tap it out with ....... make a few sharp edges by carefully grinding into the inside of the race with a small stone in a dremel or drill .
Then heat the swingarm around the bearing by running hot water over it to expand it and hopefully loosen things up and then try to tap the bearing ring out while it's still hot . Work from side to side evenly to stop the bearing ring from tilting and jamming up . You can get water super hot by heating it in a mug in a micro wave oven - then dip the end of the swingarm into it .... keep the swingarm hot around the bearing as you go ......
