tb117 case boring???

if you bore your cases when putting a tb117 big bore on or similar
for any reason whatever it may be can you then down grade and go back to putting a 88cc barrel and head on or are the cases no good then and you will need to get new ones?????
and if you did go back to the 88 would there be any performance issues with the cases being bored over cases that arent bored???

im just asking for my own curiosity before anyone starts bagging me about why would you down grade.

the case boring is just to allow the larger sleeve in the barrel to fit..

there is no reason why you can downgrade at a later time...

just think about all the skirtless barrels out there, if the case bore size was an issue then these skirtless barrels would be useless..
