What size UNI filter would I need to run on a 30mm Mikuni? My current filter is a stock one (42mm diameter)

44mm I think. But just saw the post above, so I'd go with 42

hmm because the one on mine now is a 42mm, so im not sure if i should go the same size or the 48mm?

but like you said it will compress, so i guess 44-48mm should be fine?

no not yet, just got the measurement of the current filter :)

ahh okay i understand now, is there any difference in performance between them at all?

a 44mm i/d filter would fit too, it would compress a little.

have you measured your Mikuni?

these ones say 44mm angle, but 44mm id\s the i/d, and they are saying that the filter is angled,
so they arent meaning it's got a 44mm angled filter.

That's correct. The green filters are designed for off road use and much finer filtration. The red filters have a much coarser foam designed for more flow and suitable for road use.

They are definitely different density foams. I have only ever seen the filters in the sizes that I use available in either green or red. Unsure about the other colour foams.

To much horsepower to much fuel lol. And someone else was riding it when it flamed up costing me $30 for being a nice bloke;) kill kill kill
