WANTED! rear suspension conversion components (GPX to Pitster Pro)

I am looking at converting my GPX 125 rear suspension to Pitster Pro, SSR or any other "Straight Bar" MX style swingarm.
I need the 18" Swingarm, Shock (compression and rebound adjustable) and Shock Bracket, basically everything pictured here:
