What size motor dose this bike have

hi my son just picked up this complete n good cond elstar for $200 , the vin plate is as follows VIN-ELSESTCO7005113 ENG NUMBER- 88100296 MANUFACTURE DATE-2008
and the engine number on the motor is -ZS167FMM *88100296* the guy who he got it off said its a 200cc but the motor looks identical to the one in my atomic 250 and also has the same --ZS167FMM-- IN the eng number and they are both zongshein ive looked around the barrel but cannot find any "cc" markings on it any help most appreciated as ive got to get a new plug for it and also whats the best oil to use in it and do they have oil filters cheers richy

Looks to be either a zongshen or loncin engine. Could be a 200cc but most likely a 250cc

i'm 99% sure the ZS250's are only 223cc (230cc), but are sold as 250cc
65.5mm bore, 66mm stroke same specs as the CRF230F, see page 13 here-

ok thanks my67xr n what plug be the best heat range to run in it also what oil as it needs some and do they have oil filters n where would it be located thanks
