What would be the best bike for me?

Hi everyone

I'm new to pit bikes and mini riding, and have recently sold my honda crf 150r in search of something fun, fast, and small. I am 5'9, 50kgs and don't want to spend more than 3 grand. I have been looking at the braaap and pitster bikes, but since I am located in Brisbane, am a bit concerned about servicing , etc. I just want something that won't cause me too much hassle with maintenance.

Also, if anyone can lead me in the direction of a mini bike club or places to ride in Brisbane that would be greatly appreciated

and to make it small, 14-12 wheels installed and it would have been fun fast and small
