whats the make and model of this bike

hi my son just picked up this 107 cc manual 4 speed electric start but it dosent have a vin plate so we dont know what it is the frame number stamped on the r/h side of the head stock is : LYEJCHLD 359000830 i carnt find the eng num only 107 cc on the barrel the carby allso has a fuel tap on it thts part of fuel bowl as well as a fuel tap on the tank hmm never seen one like it b4 here are pics of the bike allso the rear bkare has a remote fluid resivor that mounts up above the the master cylinder up on the frame i hope these pics help cheers tricky

looks a bit like the older Yamoto bike?

carby is a copy of the Honda Keihin used on the ATC's etc, i have one on my dune buggy too.
