You may as well attach a hose from your carb to the ground if your riding dirt with a gauze filter. The reality is that they are shit , the alloy end cap restricts most of the air flow being sucked in.
To my knowledge no one imports SIKKMX ( not to b confused with sik50s) and seems to be an all american brand such as brandX minis etc.
Personally I wouldn't bother with one. If you do fancy a gauze/ road bike style filter get a K&N one , its made from cotton and are wayyyy overpriced. Do a shite job at filtering dirt too.
They look trick but its an air filter , designed to suck air in. Not very sexy and who cares , the foam ones do the trick

Its stupid to buy these as if it was a bling item
Can't stand anondised alloy sprockets!!!!

They look good but have fun extracting the dirt from the top of your piston!
