TBH takey dont have too much on tb anymore, with the tb's new allor rockers + a set of takey retainers and your in buisiness.. Off topic i know but just saying.

Oh really? I'm running a tb head now and it's a pain to true that's why I was going to try a takey head. What do you mean by retainers? Prob a stupid question. Found a few guys running the new 4v modern works heads that are pretty pleased with them so might even go down that track

the retainers are the big washer shaped thing that holds the valve spring in by the collets

Oh righto. 1st I've heard about people changing them.
