I've got a yz426f an when it's just sitting there after riding if the fuel tap is still on fuel starts running out one of the over flow hose I don't think its normal but would anyone have an idea why or wat would be causing it

Check/ measure your float height. Also give the carb a good clean out.

Yeah sound's like the float level is too high.
Possibly a bit of dirt etc in the needle and seat too

Yeah sweet how do u measure the float level an wat is the level suppose to be

Clymer make good manual's, The Yamaha service manual is pretty detailed too but are usually more expensive

Float level should be between 8mm and 9mm for your bike too.

I was just wondering how do i measure the float level from wat point

It's usually measured from the bottom of the carby body eg; theface where the fuel bowl bolt's up to, to the bottom of the float.
The tab on the float that touch's the needle (needle and seat) should be just touching the pin in the end of the needle when you are setting/checking the float level
It might show a picture in that PDF i linked before
