Hi guys, just curious to know if this engine in my DHZ DPRO takes 850mL of oil?
I tried looking everywhere and found oil filter types but no oil capacity?

Also what type are you using?

I was going to use Delo400 multigrade 15w-40, I use this in my KTM's and Husabergs and it seems to do a real good job

850ml's standard, if it smoke's a bit you can try running 800ml's in it.

I use Castrol Active 4T 15w50 mineral in my bike's

Whats the going price on that for 4Lts?

$ 35 bucks from Super cheap auto . I just wait for the sales 20% off and buy 8 containers a year ,as l have 5/6 bikes to service

Supercheap had the 4L on special last week for $29

hey just a quick one, pretty sure the DHZ website says 950ml??? is it 950ml or 850ml?

Not sure where you have seen 950ml's, 850ml's is usually enough with an oil cooler.
If it smoke's a bit with 850ml's try 800 ml's

Has the same engine as this which state's 850ml's, only difference is the new model has 2 oil cooler's, but i can't see it holding an extra litre of oil ?-

Engine spec's now say 11.5/1 compression instead of 12/1 ?
Also say the engine put's out 10.5kw@9500, 11 NM @8000 rpm, the Z160HO was rated at 13kw @7500 rpm
But those new number's are more realistic
Fuel tank spec's say 5.2 litre's too, thought they were around 3.8 like the old style tank's but they might be bigger ?

Yeah but the cooler's don't hold any oil when the engine is off, which is when you check the oil level.
