i also had this problem and changed every thing and still couldnt start it,.check the port were the manilfold bolts onto the engine and inside you might have some grease like sort of sh!t, took me foverever to figure it out , hope you fix it

Could be the magneto and stator, was it running before and how long ago? couldof dameged somthing inside the stator

I have a Electric start engine before and have also tried to convert it but it is not possible as there is a massive gap/slot type thing built into the engine for were the back piece of the magneto cover slots into and if yoy trie and put a normal type flywheel and cover you will be left with a...

Yeh i have an 02 Yz250f and it kicks ass, snaps my mates Yz125 03 model and it is also worked!!, i also have another mate and my Yz250f it practically the same, only thing is that mine is worked and has Muffler and other Sh!t on it, and if you ride a 2 banger 125 you will feel the difference...

Yeh i worked at i bike shop and it closed down, but i still have contacts and will be getting the parts cheaper,i found the valves ( race valves) and also the springs as well as the cam etc,all for 600, and will fit them myself, I Paid $5000 for my Yz250f that has Excel rims, Performace...
