nah im not runnin a flatslide carby so a 1/4 throttle is probs the way to go yh?? and thats was i thought i had to do with the cable but i just wasnt to sure.. thank u, massive help also one other question, do the billett throttles hav a little pin for a hole in the handelbars to stop them...

cheers for all the input guys, just another question, will i still hav this same problem if i upgrade to a 1/4 turn throttle? will i still need the hole for the pin or will it just tighten with the screws n stay in place?? also can sum1 explain how to install the cable to a 1/4 turn throttle

yh i thought about tape but i would hav thought that they should just fit. any 1 had this problem befor? any1 know y they dont fit?

there isnt much to take a pic to now, all it is now is that if i put the throttle on and tighten the screws up as much as the can go i cant still move the throttle

i hav tryed 2 throttles now and they both do the same thing..

ok well today i went to put sum new pro taper bars on my dhz.. all was going fine, untill it was time to put the throttle back onto the bars. i went to tighten it and no matter how hard i tighten the 2 screws on the throttle it is still loose on the bars,... also i found that my old bars...

yeh but if i get a duel exhaust with a klx head to fit the engine it wont bolt up at the end where the mufflers will it? it wont hav to brakets i need? is there a exhaust i can get that will fit the engine and bolt straight up to my bike?

cheers for that, ill pm u when i hav go the engine.. about the exhaust tho? is it possible to buy a big bore exhaust to fit the engine and my bike? to overcome that problem.. i was hoping to get a dhz duel muffler exhaust.. will that fit the engine and solve this problem?

how hards the 155 gunna be to put it? will it just bolt straight in? wiring etc?

hey guys, im looking at swapin the engine on my dhz 125cc. right now its got a lifan 125 in it n lookin for sumthing with sum more guts to it. i hav been looking at either the gpx 125 engine or the pitster pro 155z engine. just wondering which one is the better option? and how easy are they...
