by the way i ended up putting it back together, i smashed the core and after my attempts to fix it it was still 2 small to fit the whole centre of the muffler. I used about 3 and a half packs of the sccourers although i didnt fully fill the muffler up. The muffler sounds a litle better like...

yeah its just a wire mesh, i dunno what it is because i dont know what a spark arrestor is. Tomorrow i will drill out all the other rivets on the other side where the pipe is and see if i can get to the packing. Thanks 4 ur help:) But does any one know what that flat thing is???

umm i fixed the links now they work. i tried to pry that thing off, not the cone but the the other thing in pic 1 with a flat head and it didn't come off.. So.... a spark arestor? thnx 4 the help

hi, i have a simillar, problem. When i accelerate in second gear it clunks heaps. Today when i was riding i lost my second gear. mayb it is stripped or something??? I can push it in neutral though, so sorry i dont know bout ur problem...

looks excactly like my brotheres elstar 250 which he got 8 months ago for 1400 built and delivered. i rode his and it felt like shit and i hated it. just didnt like the feel of it. It doesnt look like they have changed much on the bike. And you might want to check your shock it looks...

yeah with the noise they have them rc car tracks that have them nitro cars that make heaps of noise. (I have a rc car but its electric and it gets boring so i started taking it off huge jumps and of course it broke) In m8land they just put up a fence around the rc park and they rebuilt it...
