how on earth are you supposed to remove an irk without breaking anything as the stock crf50 flywheel puller wont work at all. what a ridiculous design. is there a different flywheel puller for irks?

nah not finished yet still need to sort out the back brake and rip the irk out and put a normal flywheel in it and thats about it...:) its quite hard to control considering the front wheel hardly touches the ground hehe

yeh its the same as the prox i had one i had the same setup 17 14 wheels great bike but it was ridiculously heavy. great for trail riding and cruising along, but other than that was pretty average performance wise, forks were fairly good, the rear shock was way to soft and bottomed out easy...

yeh it wont fit so i flipped the shock around so the piggyback is near the swingarm and yea rach payed 160 but got some bolts with it aswell. still too much i know :(

ok so after stealing sam93's pitboss "vm alloy frame" as he calls it, i decided to really get a move on and started buying parts. here is what ive got so far alloy frame with a fastace 58ar rear shock got my wheels and tires from dhz and while i was at the braap street party...

cut out a bit of ply and drill holes in it (y) easy fix and its cheap too

u dont even know what is wrong with it and your telling him what to buy. wtf for starters are you confident at disassembling the engine to have a look? you might even have to split the case depending on the engine. if you can do this then, go for it and have a look. if not i advise you...

ok so i have a set of headstem bearings but they are 44mm outer diameter, i need 41mm for my pit boss frame, ive got a pair of as03 going on the bike and so i need normal 22 23.5bearings but 41mm o.d where can i get these i cant find any? :s is it an odd shape or something? i want...
